Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Pul biber (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil.
- Add chopped peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and simmer until soft.
- Crack in the eggs and gently stir.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with fresh Turkish bread.
