Arzum Market offers Australia-wide delivery through Australia Post.
Order Processing
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment has been successfully received. During busy periods, public holidays, promotions or circumstances outside our control, processing may take slightly longer.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on the destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Arzum Market.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, weight and selected shipping method.
Sydney Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available within selected Sydney areas, depending on driver availability.
Local delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Please contact Arzum Market before placing your order if you would like to enquire about local delivery availability and pricing.
Frozen and Chilled Products
Frozen and chilled products may be shipped at the customer’s request.
Where required, frozen and chilled products are packed with ice packs, and the cost of the ice packs and any additional packaging is payable by the customer.
By ordering frozen or chilled products for delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts that temperature changes, thawing, softening, melting or deterioration may occur during transportation.
Arzum Market takes reasonable care when packing these products; however, we cannot guarantee that frozen or chilled products will remain at their original temperature throughout transit. Delivery times and conditions after dispatch are outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for considering the delivery distance, weather conditions and suitability of shipping before ordering frozen or chilled products.
Customers who do not wish to accept these delivery risks are encouraged to purchase frozen and chilled products directly from our Auburn store.
Delivery Delays
Arzum Market is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
